(AB 2049)   Effective January 1, 2021.","effective":"2021-01-01","html":"<p>The actual costs and expenses incurred by the department in reviewing requests for accreditation or certification, trusts, or review of an assuming insurer that has its head office or is domiciled in and is licensed in a reciprocal jurisdiction, as determined by the commissioner pursuant to Section <a href=\"/ins/922.425\">922.425</a>, and subsequent amendments established or maintained pursuant to Sections <a href=\"/ins/922.1\">922.1</a> to <a href=\"/ins/922.7\">922.7</a>, inclusive, and subsequent reviews, shall be charged to and collected from the requesting reinsurer.
