(SB 171)   Effective July 13, 2026.","effective":"2026-07-13","html":"<p>An application for SIBTF benefits under this article shall be made five years from the date of the subsequent industrial injury described in subdivision (a) of Section <a href=\"/lab/4751\">4751</a> or six months from a resolution of the issue of permanent disability in the subsequent injury claim whether by compromise and release, stipulations with request for award, or findings and award, whichever date is later.
