Effective September 30, 1988.","effective":"1988-09-30","html":"<p>Any decision by a panel pursuant to Section <a href=\"/pen/7515\">7515</a> or <a href=\"/pen/7516\">7516</a> may be appealed to the superior court, either by a law enforcement employee filing a report pursuant to Section <a href=\"/pen/7510\">7510</a>, a person requesting an HIV test pursuant to Section <a href=\"/pen/7512\">7512</a>, a medical officer convening a panel pursuant to Section <a href=\"/pen/7516\">7516</a>, or any person required to be tested pursuant to a panel’s decision. A person required to be tested pursuant to Section <a href=\"/pen/7512.5\">7512.5</a> may also appeal the decision to the superior court.</p><p>The court shall schedule a hearing as expeditiously as possible to review the decision of the panel or a decision made pursuant to Section <a href=\"/pen/7512.5\">7512.5</a>.
