Effective August 13, 2003.","effective":"2003-08-13","html":"<p>(a) There is hereby created the Seismic Hazards Identification Fund, as a special fund in the State Treasury.</p><p>(b) Upon appropriation by the Legislature, the moneys in the Strong-Motion Instrumentation and Seismic Hazards Mapping Fund shall be allocated to the division for purposes of this chapter and Chapter 8 (commencing with Section <a href=\"/prc/2700\">2700</a>).</p><p>(c) On and after July 1, 2004, the Seismic Hazards Identification Fund shall be known as the Strong-Motion Instrumentation and Seismic Hazards Mapping Fund.</p>","text":"(a) There is hereby created the Seismic Hazards Identification Fund, as a special fund in the State Treasury.
