(SB 707)   Effective January 1, 2025.","effective":"2025-01-01","html":"<p>(a) A producer of a covered product sold, offered for sale, imported, or distributed in or into the state shall achieve the performance standards pursuant to subdivision (c) of Section <a href=\"/prc/42984.10\">42984.10</a>.</p><p>(b) After March 1, 2032, a producer of a covered product sold, offered for sale, imported, or distributed in or into the state shall achieve the performance standards adopted by the department pursuant to Section <a href=\"/prc/42984.19\">42984.19</a>.</p>","text":"(a) A producer of a covered product sold, offered for sale, imported, or distributed in or into the state shall achieve the performance standards pursuant to subdivision (c) of Section 42984.10.
