Effective January 1, 2009.","effective":"2009-01-01","html":"<p>If an enforcement agency or the board determines that a solid waste facility or disposal site is in violation of this division, a regulation adopted pursuant to this division, the terms or conditions of a solid waste facilities permit, an order issued under this division, or poses a potential or actual threat to public health and safety or the environment, or determines that a person has disposed of solid waste at an unpermitted disposal site in violation of Section <a href=\"/prc/44000.5\">44000.5</a>, the enforcement agency or board may issue an order establishing a time schedule according to which the facility or site shall be brought into compliance with this division.
