Any moneys deposited in the fund for expenditure for the purposes of subdivision (c) of Section <a href=\"/prc/5096.231\">5096.231</a> shall be appropriated to the Department of Parks and Recreation in the manner provided in Section <a href=\"/prc/5096.260\">5096.260</a>. Any amounts withdrawn shall be deposited in the fund.
