Approved in Proposition 68 at the June 5, 2018, election.","effective":null,"html":"<p>(a) Of the amount made available pursuant to Section <a href=\"/prc/80070\">80070</a>, five million dollars ($5,000,000) shall be available for grants to local agencies that operate a unit of the state park system to address urgent need for the restoration of aging infrastructure.</p><p>(b) For the purpose of awarding a grant under this section, a local cost share of not less than 25 percent of the total costs of the project shall be required.
