Matosantos (2011) 53 Cal.4th 231.","effective":"2011-06-29","html":"<p>Commencing February 1, 2012, the county auditor shall make the calculations required by Section <a href=\"/rtc/97.4\">97.4</a> based on the amount deposited on behalf of each former redevelopment agency into the Redevelopment Property Tax Trust Fund pursuant to paragraph (1) of subdivision (c) of Section <a href=\"/hsc/34182\">34182</a> of the Health and Safety Code.
