Effective January 1, 1994.","effective":"1994-01-01","html":"<p>There shall be appropriated from nonfederal funds in the State Highway Account, and the commission shall allocate to each county, an amount, not to exceed one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) each fiscal year, equal to 50 percent of the amount allocated to the county pursuant to paragraph (2) of subdivision (d) of Section <a href=\"/shc/182.6\">182.6</a>. The amount shall not be reduced by any exchange of funds made pursuant to subdivision (g) of Section <a href=\"/shc/182\">182</a>.
