Effective September 14, 1983.","effective":"1983-09-14","html":"<p>The department shall undertake the Prairie Creek Redwood State Park demonstration project or other projects as described in federal law in lieu of this project financed, in part, with funds made available by Section <a href=\"/shc/152\">152</a> of the Federal-Aid Highway Act of 1978 and Section <a href=\"/shc/12\">12</a> of the Federal-Aid Highway Act of 1981.
