In case of any conflict between the provisions of Part 1 and the provisions of this part, the provisions of this part shall prevail with respect to federal-state extended benefits.</p><p>(b) Except as otherwise provided, subdivision (d) of Section <a href=\"/uic/1253\">1253</a>, and Sections <a href=\"/uic/1030\">1030</a>, <a href=\"/uic/1032\">1032</a>, <a href=\"/uic/1254\">1254</a>, <a href=\"/uic/1277\">1277</a>, <a href=\"/uic/1281\">1281</a>, <a href=\"/uic/1327\">1327</a>, <a href=\"/uic/1328\">1328</a>, <a href=\"/uic/1329\">1329</a>, <a href=\"/uic/1330\">1330</a>, and <a href=\"/uic/1331\">1331</a> do not apply to this part.</p><p>(c) The provisions of Part 2 (commencing with Section <a href=\"/uic/2601\">2601</a>) of, and of Part 3 (commencing with Section <a href=\"/uic/3501\">3501</a>) do not apply to this part.</p>","text":"(a) Except as otherwise provided, the provisions and definitions of Part 1 (commencing with Section 100) apply to this part.
