Operative July 1, 1985, by Sec. 21 of Ch. 1077.","effective":null,"html":"<p>(a) Any person who owns an implement of husbandry which is exempt from registration may obtain an identification plate as provided in Section <a href=\"/veh/5014\">5014</a> for the implement.</p><p>(b) The department shall issue an identification plate as applied for to any manufacturer or dealer of an implement of husbandry which is exempt from registration as provided in Section <a href=\"/veh/5016.5\">5016.5</a>.
