Effective September 18, 1985.","effective":"1985-09-18","html":"<p>If a fiscal year is adopted pursuant to Section <a href=\"/wat/36558\">36558</a>, in lieu of submitting the annual estimate at the time set forth in Section <a href=\"/wat/36552\">36552</a>, the board may, by resolution, establish that the annual estimate required by Section <a href=\"/wat/36552\">36552</a> shall be filed within 90 days from the beginning of the district’s fiscal year so adopted.
