(AB 403)   Effective January 1, 2016.","effective":"2016-01-01","html":"<p>(a) A resource family shall be authorized to administer emergency medical assistance and injections for severe diabetic hypoglycemia and anaphylactic shock to a foster child in placement in accordance with subdivision (a) of Section <a href=\"/hsc/1507.25\">1507.25</a> of the Health and Safety Code.</p><p>(b) A resource family shall be authorized to administer subcutaneous injections of other medications, including insulin, as prescribed by a child’s physician, to a foster child in placement in accordance with subdivision (b) of Section <a href=\"/hsc/1507.25\">1507.25</a> of the Health and Safety Code. </p>","text":"(a) A resource family shall be authorized to administer emergency medical assistance and injections for severe diabetic hypoglycemia and anaphylactic shock to a foster child in placement in accordance with subdivision (a) of Section 1507.25 of the Health and Safety Code.
