(AB 81)   Effective September 27, 2024.","effective":"2024-09-27","html":"<p>The State Department of Social Services may establish and administer programs designed to facilitate tribal participation in Indian child custody proceedings, as defined in subdivision (d) of Section <a href=\"/wic/224.1\">224.1</a>, including, but not limited to, the programs described by Sections <a href=\"/wic/10553.1\">10553.1</a> through <a href=\"/wic/10553.25\">10553.25</a>, inclusive.
