(AB 1606)   Effective June 27, 2016.","effective":"2016-06-27","html":"<p>Notwithstanding any other law or regulation, commencing July 1, 2016, and to the extent funds are appropriated in the annual Budget Act for this purpose, the rate for family member-provided respite services authorized by the department and in effect on June 30, 2016, and the rates for out-of-home respite services in effect on June 30, 2016, shall be increased by 5 percent.
