Amended by Stats. 2025, Ch. 194, Sec. 10. (AB 1501) Effective January 1, 2026. Repealed as of January 1, 2030, by its own provisions.

(a) There is established a Physician Assistant Board. The board consists of nine members.

(b) This section shall remain in effect only until January 1, 2030, and as of that date is repealed.
