ARTICLE 1. Generally

Amended by Stats. 2024, Ch. 590, Sec. 9. (AB 3255) Effective January 1, 2025. Repealed as of January 1, 2029, by its own provisions.

(a) The board shall administer and enforce the provisions of this chapter.

(b) This section shall remain in effect only until January 1, 2029, and as of that date is repealed.
