ARTICLE 3. Regulation, Licensing, and Registration

Amended by Stats. 2001, Ch. 607, Sec. 3. Effective January 1, 2002.

(a) The license shall at all times be posted in a conspicuous place in the principal place of business of the licensee.

(b) The director may assess a fine of two hundred fifty dollars ($250) per violation of subdivision (a).
