ARTICLE 6. Lamp and Brake Adjusting Stations

Amended by Stats. 2023, Ch. 681, Sec. 8. (AB 1263) Effective January 1, 2024. Conditionally repealed by its own provisions. Note: Repeal affects Article 6, commencing with Section 9888.1.

This article shall remain operative only until six months after the effective date of the regulations adopted by the director pursuant to Article 6.5 (commencing with Section 9888.5) and as of that date is repealed.
