ARTICLE I DECLARATION OF RIGHTS

Sec. 10 added Nov. 5, 1974, by Prop. 7. Res.Ch. 90, 1974.

Witnesses may not be unreasonably detained. A person may not be imprisoned in a civil action for debt or tort, or in peacetime for a militia fine.
