ARTICLE XIII TAXATION

Sec. 22 added Nov. 5, 1974, by Prop. 8. Res.Ch. 70, 1974.

Not more than 25 percent of the total appropriations from all funds of the State shall be raised by means of taxes on real and personal property according to the value thereof.
