ARTICLE XIII TAXATION

Sec. 25 added Nov. 5, 1974, by Prop. 8. Res.Ch. 70, 1974.

The Legislature shall provide, in the same fiscal year, reimbursements to each local government for revenue lost because of Section 3(k).
