ARTICLE IX EDUCATION

Sec. 7 amended Nov. 2, 1976, by Prop. 8. Res.Ch. 57, 1976.

The Legislature shall provide for the appointment or election of the State Board of Education and a board of education in each county or for the election of a joint county board of education for two or more counties.
