ARTICLE 3. Nonprofit Corporation to Administer System of Defraying Cost of Professional Services of Attorneys
The provisions of this article apply to corporations formed on or after January 1, 1980, under Part 3 of this division and pursuant to this article and to corporations existing on December 31, 1979, and formed under Section 9201.2 of the Corporations Code then in effect.
