Education Code § 10507

ARTICLE 1. Regional Data-Processing Centers

The Superintendent of Public Instruction shall make the allowances to school districts and county superintendents of schools pursuant to Section 10506 from any funds which may be provided for such purposes under any program established by or under authority of federal law.
