ARTICLE 3. Issuance and Sale of Bonds

Repealed and added by Stats. 1996, Ch. 277, Sec. 2. Effective January 1, 1997. Operative January 1, 1998.

The bonds shall not bear a rate of interest greater than 8 percent per annum, payable annually or semiannually.
