ARTICLE 6. School Housing Aid for a Regional Occupational Center

Repealed and added by Stats. 1996, Ch. 277, Sec. 2. Effective January 1, 1997. Operative January 1, 1998.

The allocation of funds to the entity pursuant to this article shall be conditioned upon the prior approval of the proposed facilities and subject matter of the educational program by the Superintendent of Public Instruction.
