ARTICLE 5. Apportionments, Repayment

Upon computing in any fiscal year the amount to be deducted from the apportionments to the district from the State School Fund during the fiscal year, the Controller shall notify the governing board of the district and the county auditor of the county, the county superintendent of which has jurisdiction over the district, of the amount to be deducted.
