Education Code § 1922

ARTICLE 15. Emergency Schools

Enacted by Stats. 1976, Ch. 1010.

The county superintendent of schools may, with the approval of the county board of education, insure all real and personal property constructed, purchased, or otherwise provided by him for emergency schools established by him.
