Education Code § 33141

ARTICLE 3. Deputies and Associate Superintendents

Enacted by Stats. 1976, Ch. 1010.

The annual salaries of the Deputy Superintendent of Public Instruction and of the associate superintendents of public instruction appointed by the State Board of Education under Section 2.1 of Article IX of the Constitution of this state shall be fixed by the Superintendent of Public Instruction with the approval of the Director of Finance.
