Education Code § 33800

CHAPTER 5. Office of Civil Rights

For purposes of this chapter, the following definitions apply:

(a) “Local educational agency” means a school district, county office of education, or charter school.

(b) “Office” means the Office of Civil Rights established pursuant to Section 33801.
