Added by Stats. 2022, Ch. 498, Sec. 1. (AB 2355) Effective January 1, 2023. Repealed as of January 1, 2027, by its own provisions. Note: Repeal affects Article 8.5, commencing with Section 35265.

This article shall remain in effect only until January 1, 2027, and as of that date is repealed.
