Education Code § 35501

ARTICLE 1. Legislative Intent and Purpose

Amended by Stats. 1994, Ch. 1186, Sec. 4. Effective January 1, 1995.

On and after January 1, 1981, this chapter and Chapter 4 (commencing with Section 35700) shall apply to an action to reorganize school districts.
