ARTICLE 3. Reorganization of Districts Under the Jurisdiction of Different Counties

Any public hearing required, or allowed to be held, in an action referred to in Section 35520 may be conducted in each county, or jointly in either county, as it appears most convenient and practical to the county officers or agencies conducting the hearing.
