Education Code § 35731

ARTICLE 3. Contents of Plans and Recommendations

Added by Stats. 1980, Ch. 1192, Sec. 3.

In any proposal for unification, plans and recommendations may include a provision for a governing board of seven members. In the absence of such a provision, any proposed new district shall have a governing board of five members.
