ARTICLE 2. Transfer of Duties of County Committee to County Board of Education

Notwithstanding subdivision (a) of Section 4005, the first annual meeting following the reestablishment of a county committee on school district organization shall occur within 30 days of the State Board of Education’s action to reestablish the committee.
