Amended by Stats. 2026, Ch. 65, Sec. 75. (AB 126) Effective July 9, 2026. Repealed as of January 1, 2036, by its own provisions. Note: Repeal affects Article 16, commencing with Section 44415.

This article shall remain in effect only until January 1, 2036, and as of that date is repealed.
