ARTICLE 11. Assumption by County Superintendent of Schools of the Operation of a School District’s Data Processing Center
District employees whose status is changed pursuant to this article shall retain all accumulated and unused sick leave, vacation, seniority rights and other rights and benefits which can reasonably be construed to have been an earned right at the time of transfer to the county school service fund.
