Education Code § 46161

ARTICLE 4. Alternative Schedule—Junior High and High School

Enacted by Stats. 1976, Ch. 1010.

If a pupil attends classes pursuant to a schedule adopted under the authority of this chapter, he shall be deemed to have complied with all of the requirements of this code relating to school attendance.
