ARTICLE 9.5. Local Educational Agency Instruction Collaboration Agreements

Added by Stats. 2022, Ch. 711, Sec. 2. (SB 941) Effective January 1, 2023. Repealed as of January 1, 2030, by its own provisions. Note: Repeal affects Article 9.5, commencing with Section 48345.

This article shall become inoperative on July 1, 2029, and, as of January 1, 2030, is repealed.
