Education Code § 49131

ARTICLE 3. Permits to Work Full Time

Enacted by Stats. 1976, Ch. 1010.

Notwithstanding Section 49130, 49132, or 49134 or subdivision (d) of Section 49133, a permit to work full time may be issued to a minor over the age of 16 and under the age of 18.
