Education Code § 51054

ARTICLE 4. Enforcement of Courses of Study

Enacted by Stats. 1976, Ch. 1010.

Except as provided in Section 51053, the course of study for grades 7 through 12 shall be prepared under the direction of the governing board having control thereof and shall be subject to approval as may be required by the state board.
