ARTICLE 5. Summer Vocational Education

The governing board of a school district may contract with and receive and expend funds from any other public or private agency, foundation, or corporation for the purposes of this article. The governing board of a school district may cooperate with public and private institutions of higher education in conducting programs pursuant to this article.
