Education Code § 5304

ARTICLE 1. General Provisions

Enacted by Stats. 1976, Ch. 1010.

The duties of the governing board of any school district or community college district with respect to school district elections shall be:

(a) To order elections as authorized by this code.

(b) To resolve tie votes in governing board member elections.
