Education Code § 5360

ARTICLE 4. Election Notice

Enacted by Stats. 1976, Ch. 1010.

As used in this chapter “formal notice” means the notice of election which is required to be published and posted in public places, and “card notice” means the notice of election which is required to be mailed to the registered voters of the area in which the election is to be held.
