ARTICLE 9. Miscellaneous Provisions

Amended by Stats. 1994, Ch. 923, Sec. 18. Effective January 1, 1995.

The provisions of Division 16 (commencing with Section 16000) of the Elections Code, relating to election contests shall apply to school district elections.
