Education Code § 54524

ARTICLE 6. Preschool Followthrough Programs

Enacted by Stats. 1976, Ch. 1010.

The State Board of Education shall provide for the establishment of pilot preschool followthrough programs and projects in schools maintaining grades kindergarten, 1, 2, and 3 at the elementary level. The programs and projects shall be subject to the provisions of Section 54461.
