ARTICLE 3. Staff Development

Amended by Stats. 2007, Ch. 56, Sec. 34. Effective January 1, 2008.

It is the intent of the Legislature, pursuant to this article, that a local educational agency provide regular classroom teachers serving individuals with exceptional needs appropriate training each year relating to the needs of those individuals.
